Once you have placed your order, please email Ashley at ashtreeartboutique@gmail.com with pictures of a bouquet or of inspiration colors, flowers, themes, etc! Please also include background color and earring shape.
All set orders must be of the same bouquet.
Processing time is between 2 and 3 weeks per order.

⚘ Free shipping to the US on orders over $75
⚘ Processing time for 'Ready to Ship' orders is 1-3 business days.
⚘ Processing time for Made-to-Order and Custom Orders is 2 weeks unless otherwise discussed.
⚘ Shipping time is additional time after that. All orders are shipped through USPS. Actual delivery and delivery time will depend on the carrier and chosen shipping method upon checkout. AshTreeArt is not responsible for any delays once shipped.
Returns
⚘ Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless damage occurs during shipping or the incorrect item is received.
