All set orders must be of the same bouquet.
Processing time is between 2 and 4 weeks per order.

⚘ Processing time for 'Ready to Ship' orders is 1-3 business days.
⚘ Processing time for Made-to-Order and Custom Orders is at least 2 weeks unless otherwise discussed.
⚘ Shipping time is additional time after that. All orders are shipped through USPS. Actual delivery and delivery time will depend on the carrier and chosen shipping method upon checkout. AshTreeArt is not responsible for any delays once shipped.
Returns
⚘ Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless damage occurs during shipping or the incorrect item is received.
